The only relevant info in dmesg is that pid qemuexitied on signal 11 (core dump). It runs fine until I access the network (either with ftp or iexplore), then cores. Just built from source 2 days ago (qemu 0.9.0_3). System is a vanilla amd64 7.0-RC2. Ssytem network access is fine. Thanks,
