Replace ad3s1 with your disk:

bsdlabel -w -n ad3s1 | sed '/a:/s/16/0/; /a:/s/unused/swap/; /a:/s/a:/b:/;' > 
/tmp/mylabel
bsdlabel -R ad3s1 /tmp/mylabel
swapon /dev/ad3s1b
echo '/dev/ad3s1b             none            swap    sw              0       0' >> 
/etc/fstab
