5.3 and building world

Alright so when upgrading to 5.3 from 5.2 I cvsuped the source which obviously got GENERIC overwritten. My question is, besides the instructions on /usr/src/Makefile(?) is there another way to update the source and be able to specify a custom kernel? Cheers! -- gabriel, Member of:

Yep, I know enoguh to read through the handbook, the problem lies in the fact that if I use make buildkernel KERNCONF=MYKERNEL I get a stop error which says I have to buildworld first (even though I have before this step). Thats the reason for the question. But thanks anyway Cheers! On Sun, 6
