There is no bug-fix-only 7.0 branch, since 7.0 hasn't been released
yet.  When it has, you will be able to use the RELENG_7_0 tag.

The relase/security branch for 7.0 has not been created yet.
Once it has been it should be tag=RELENG_7_0 but at the
moment that will give you nothing.
For the time being you will either have to use RELENG_7
or wait until the release branch has been created.
