You can add each user of a jail to a specific jail group and use group
quotas at the host environment. These words as shell commands:
insidethejail# pw addgroup jail01 -g 8001 -M `grep -v '^#'
/etc/master.passwd | cut -d: -f1 | tr '\n' ','`
