Permission denied with NFS mount

I already have 2 mount points setup from the server to my workstation and they are working perfectly. When adding a third mount point, HUPping mountd, and trying to mount it (as root), Im getting - gladiator# mount hivemind:/files/www/data /home/gsam/www [udp] hivemind:/files/www/data:
