I walked someone through setup of a FreeBSD 6.1 install over the phone and now when I try to install any ports, I get the same protocol error. I assume something went wrong with the install, is there something I can check or fix remotely? Sorry for the wrapping below, I can't seem to find how to avoid in my temporary mailer Thunderbird.

unix# cd /usr/ports/sysutils/portupgrade/
unix# make all install clean
