Does FreeBSD support EOIP tunnels?
The kernel used to, and the code seems to still be around, but it may
not be used much any more. There are netgraph nodes that you should be
able to build it out of as well.
If so where can I find more info?
I'd look at the manuals for netgraph's Ethernet
