SGI's STL (Standard Template Library) in base system?

Hello list, Maybe I should be posting this to -hackers, but I'll try anyway. Is the Standard Template Library somehow contained in the base system of FreeBSD? I know there is the ports devel/stlport, but if it also resides in the base system (just like sendmail, perl, ssh, etc..)
