you need to include /usr/local/include/ldap.h:
have a look am /usr/src/contrib/amd/include/am_defs.h
(HAVE_LDAP_H) and the HAVE_MAP_LDAP in several source files.
Probably you have to define both in /usr/src/usr.sbin/amd/amd/
