Hi!
I run freebsd-update on my upgraded FreeBSD 9.1-RELEASE and I got:
/var/cache has 0755 permissions, but should have 0750 permissions
I don't have a server. Should I change permission, please?
Thank you.

I've installed 9.1-RC2 after using svn to download /usr/src. Shortly after
rebooting into the new system, and just out of curiosity, I
ran freebsd-update IDS and was surprised to see that it reported 735 hash
mismatches. Some of these were for files modified locally like /etc/hosts
Hi !
I have a question about using freebsd-update IDS command.
what is the correct way to specify 'the known good index of the
installed release' ?
I would like to compare an installed system with the(its) original
released CD.
Thanks
