HA: follow-up: I re deinstalled and reinstalled, and for the heck of it tried konq as root. looks like i was missing some initialization files (in /tmp). . . . kbuildsycoca running... and hundreds of other lines. It's still a head-scratch, but at least thing gives more insights. > > ___ > > freebsd-questions@freebsd.org mailing list > > http://lists.freebsd.org/mailman/listinfo/freebsd-questions > > To unsubscribe, send any mail to "[EMAIL PROTECTED]" > > -- > Gary Kline [EMAIL PROTECTED] http://www.thought.org Public Service Unix > http://jottings.thought.org http://transfinite.thought.org > > > ___ > freebsd-questions@freebsd.org mailing list > http://lists.freebsd.org/mailman/listinfo/freebsd-questions > To unsubscribe, send any mail to "[EMAIL PROTECTED]" -- Gary Kline [EMAIL PROTECTED] http://www.thought.org Public Service Unix http://jottings.thought.org http://transfinite.thought.org ___ freebsd-questions@freebsd.org mailing list http://lists.freebsd.org/mailman/listinfo/freebsd-questions To unsubscribe, send any mail to "[EMAIL PROTECTED]"

kde4 question
Over the past four days I've managed to get my FreeBSD server running KDE up by installing kde4. Now, for some reason, konqueror fails to conntect anywhere. How can I free up my old kde3 files and get konqueror working again? gary -- Gary Kline [EMAIL PROTECTED] http://www.thought.org Public Service Unix http://jottings.thought.org http://transfinite.thought.org ___ freebsd-questions@freebsd.org mailing list http://lists.freebsd.org/mailman/listinfo/freebsd-questions To unsubscribe, send any mail to "[EMAIL PROTECTED]"
