Hi list,
I am trying to get the onboard sound on my K7S5A board to work under FreeBSD
4.7-RELEASE.
When i do
kldload snd.ko
dmesg gives:
pcm0: SiS 7012 port 0xd800-0xd83f,0xdc00-0xdcff irq 11 at device 2.7 on pci0
However, when i try to access /dev/mixer or /dev/dsp, i get Device not configured.
It makes no difference wether i put options PNPBIOS in my kernel config or not.
any hints? Complete dmesg is attached.
