I've modified mfsBSD scripts http://people.freebsd.org/~mm/mfsbsd/ to make unattended installer for FreeBSD 8.0-RC1 on GPT ZFS root. I've successfully installed 3 different servers with that set of scrips. Modified scrips can be downloaded from http://unixdom.com/kickbsd/ Modified files are interfaces and interfaces.conf (that script now tries to auto detect first NIC which plugged) + new zinstall script + zfs aware loader.
