Um, no BSD was a version of Unix that was done at Berkeley. They
were one of the first Universities to REALLY get work done with Unix

it's good but includes recompiling again. i don't want to recompile in
any way. is there any other solution for doing that? i don't think
so:(. are you sure recompiling is the only way to change the baud
rate?

I have a Pentium 4 and i have been trying to get "coretemp" and
"sysctl hw.acpi.thermal.tz0.temperature" to display my Cpu temperture ,
however i have not had any luck using them
Are there any other apps perhaps from ports that reports CPU temp?
