I have Windows 2000 installed on the Primary Boot partition that runs VERY fast
(compared to FreeBSD + KDE or GNOME)

features is more than ample reward to me. If you want to compare
Notepad to an X11 editor, you should probably compare it to 'xedit' and
that would probably be an insult to the features of xedit ;-)

My bootup is fine, its the BSD+wmaker running opening nedit a cmd prompts
that are slower than Windows 2000 ?? any suggestions as to why ??

prefer microsoft products. It is much easier to setup and there is a
sh*t load of information to help you do it, But almost no usefull
information on any website about freebsd?
