I thaught it would be a good idea to setup a 6.0 server and test it out. Now I have a major headache and need some help. Setup: FreeBsd 6.0 fresh install, cvsup, make buildworld .. etc: portsnap fetch, extract: mysql41-server: apache13: php4: (all from ports) Apache starts and I get the "def

Hi, I'm testing a program that wasn't installed from ports, Xweb from sourceforge. Anyway, whenever I try to execute the script using /bin, ./bin, /full path/bin I get "permission denied even if I chown -R root:wheel. Where or, does the system log what the script is trying to do? I ca

Something doesn't seem right with those ports. When I have setup a server I use php4-4.4.2_1, mysql-server-4.1.18_2, php4-extensions-1.0 and apache. I think php4-4.4.2_1 and php4-mysql-4.4.2_1 will cause a conflict. Some correct me if I'm wrong on this. - Original Message - Fro
