Am I missing something? 1) use cvsup and get the entire ports 2) cd /usr/ports make index 3) cd /usr/ports make fetchindex Do one of 2 or 3 -- not both. 4) /usr/local/sbin/portsdb -Uu 5) /usr/local/sbin/pkgdb -fu Yeah. You need to read /usr/ports/UPDATING and act on the 20090123 entry for x11/libxcb. You'ld know if you had carried out the instructions because it would have reinstalled just about everything X related on your system.
