Performance issue amd64

Hello out there. I ran into some weirdness by changing harddrives in FreeBSD 6.1-STABLE/AMD64 and I do not know exactly whether the problem ist up to the drives, ar0 (RAID 0) or FreeBSD 6.1-STABLE itselfs. My home's computer system is a FreeBSD 6.1-STABLE/AMD64 box, clean 64 Bit without 32 B
