Problems with GRUB
Hello, I have recently managed to install grub-0.94 on a machine running XP and FreeBSD 5.2. Could not do it through the ports and later could not do it with the make command. Had to do with gmake, for only then in worked. Now, when trying to run grub-install --root-directory=/boot/grub /dev/ad0 I get this message: /dev/ad0 does not have any corresponding BIOS drive. What am I doing wrong? -- -=Robert Beata Golovniov | Lviv, Ukraine=- ~~ mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]Body=Embedded%20key ~~ Raise your eyes high up and see. Who has created these things? Right, but fixing those problems is sure to be easier than fixing operational errors in an unspecified version built with unspecified options. ___ [EMAIL PROTECTED] mailing list http://lists.freebsd.org/mailman/listinfo/freebsd-questions To unsubscribe, send any mail to [EMAIL PROTECTED]
