RE: Alternative for EasySpeedy

2008-09-22 Thread David Polak
I have just signed on with amerihosting.com last month, support is awesome,
and the price is very reasonable. I they list freebsd 6.2 as an option, but
when asked they installed 7.0 for me without hesistation. I pay $99USD/mo
for this setup:
Intel Core 2 Duo E6550
2GB DDR2 RAM
2x 250GB SATA2 Hard Disks
1000GB Transfer
FreeBSD
3 IP Addresses (Extra for $1 per month each)
All legal content accepted

It was a special so I don't know if they have that same package available
for the same price, but I would imagine other pricing should be similar.

Also check out http://www.webhostingtalk.com/forumdisplay.php?f=36 and just
search for freebsd. There are plenty of good deals.

 Hi Marc

Interesting that you had problems with EasySpeedy, so did we! made the
move to a couple of xen servers at rootbsd.com and haven't regretted
 it.
Price is right, support is spot on, and network connectivity is
flawless, give em a try you wont be sorry.

 Cheers
