Trying to come up with a simple solution to trap just web sites that our users are visiting so that we can ready a black list.
Setup squid transparantly (ie. route all packets destined for external hosts on port 80/443), parse the logs with calamaris.
Depending on the part of the world you live in, get decent legal advice.
