You can use sharity-light from your bsd box.
It's in the ports, /usr/ports/net/sharity-light.
basically it's the opposite of samba.
You connect to your windows box and you can do whatever.

You could enable ftp or (better from a security standpoint) use
SecureCoPy (scp) part of ssh. A free win32 ssh you might like is
putty.
