The simple answer is to compile clamav with the disable-pthreads
option. Modify the configure args of the Makefile using these
attributes :
CONFIGURE_ARGS= --with-dbdir=${DBDIR} \
--with-zlib=/usr \
--disable-zlib-vcheck \
