Hi there,

FreeBSD-6.2

I am attempting to build gallery2
but the build fails because a dependency php5-session-5.2.0 is already built. okay fine. how do I get around that

here is the original command:

portinstall www/gallery2

here are snippets from the output:

---- snip ---

----------------------------------------------------------------------
Libraries have been installed in:
  /usr/ports/www/php5-session/work/php-5.2.0/ext/session/modules

If you ever happen to want to link against installed libraries
in a given directory, LIBDIR, you must either use libtool, and
specify the full pathname of the library, or use the `-LLIBDIR'
flag during linking and do at least one of the following:
  - add LIBDIR to the `LD_LIBRARY_PATH' environment variable
    during execution
  - add LIBDIR to the `LD_RUN_PATH' environment variable
    during linking
  - use the `-Wl,--rpath -Wl,LIBDIR' linker flag

See any operating system documentation about shared libraries for
more information, such as the ld(1) and ld.so(8) manual pages.
----------------------------------------------------------------------

Build complete.
(It is safe to ignore warnings about tempnam and tmpnam).

You may wish to ``make deinstall'' and install this port again
by ``make reinstall'' to upgrade it properly.
If you really wish to overwrite the old port of www/php5-session
without deleting it first, set the variable "FORCE_PKG_REGISTER"
in your environment or the "make install" command line.
