What is causing the Connection refused message?
Probably the reason of the message is that
I'm trying to implement the bsnmpd service on one of my machines.
In rc.conf I have:
# run the bsnmpd daemon, with debugging
bsnmpd_enable=YES
bsnmpd_flags=-c /etc/snmpd-test.config -d -D dump
In hosts.allow, very near the top, I have:
bsnmpd : ALL : allow
