Hi,
simply try 4.11-RELEASE ports.tgz
ftp://ftp-archive.freebsd.org/pub/FreeBSD-Archive/old-releases/i386/4.11-RELEASE/ports/ports.tgz
I doubt that any newer ports will work on that historic release.
