This port installs both:
graphics/gimp-app which has this in its Makefile:
CONFLICTS= gimp-1.* gimpshop-[0-9]*
gimp-app-devel-[0-9]*
And graphics/gimp-app-devel
Whose Makefile contains this notation:
CONFLICTS= gimp-
