Looks like the open/net bsd guys have the "rtw" for the realtec 8185 wireless card, which is not supported by ral or ural - I presume it's not that hard to port to freebsd. Not that I have any spare time, but if someone's willing to jumpstart me, and it's not already being worked on, I'd be interested to give it a try as I already have a card...
