winxp hidden BSD license

   Hey guys,

   I remember there was a hidden readme.htm file somewhere inside 
windows xp, containing BSD license.

   Can anyone help me find the path/name of it? I don't remember it.

   And where cand I find more info about it?

I don't know about distributed with Windows XP itself, but there is this:
