So far the newest redmine builds on 10.4 waiting on build for 11.2. If it
builds fine I’ll upload patch to bugs to get it updated as soon as possible

Redmine has been marked as broken for a long while and since version 2.x it no
longer is.
I submitted this report, and it is assigned to ruby. Do you know what the
status of this is?
