I upgraded from 3.4-RELEASE to the 3/11 version of 3.4-STABLE via network
install. After the upgrade I can't start X11 because of,
/usr/libexec/ld-elf.so.1: shared object libc.so.4 not found
how do I go about fixing this?

Since yesterday's last cvsupdate I got massive problems with telnet.
Telnet now drops a core when called!
from one site within our campus I cannot reach our server, after telnetting
the machine I get the message on the local client, that foreign host has closed
