This is a new weird one I've never had before. Consoles work fine, but the mouse and keyboard won't move/type when xdm pops up. ctrl-alt-F2 takes you right to a working console, and the mouse works fine in the console...ctrl-alt-backspace no longer kills X either... Thanks, Steve
