as I see it, pkgng is actually included in 9.1 as /usr/sbin/pkg, right?
But when I define
WITH_PKGNG=yes
in /etc/make.conf
the ports-system wants to install the pkgng-package (because it looks
for pkgng in /usr/local/sbin).
Is there a way to say I have the pkg tool in base already?
