Likely release dates for 6.3, 7.0?

What are the likely release dates (I'm looking for estimates here) of FreeBSD 6.3 and 7.0? We need 6.3, including all of the MFCed code that's likely to be included in it, for new servers and would like to begin experimenting with 7.0. The current release engineering page hasn't been updated
