The second Release Candidate for FreeBSD 7.0 is now available on most of the FTP mirror sites, for example ftp://ftp.freebsd.org/pub/FreeBSD/releases/{$arch}/ISO-IMAGES/7.0/ (where ${arch} is your machine's architecture, e.g. amd64, i386, etc). If you can please try a local mirror please.
