linked to recent changes. In [FreeBSD 8.1-STABLE #10 r214834: Fri Nov 5
18:20:58 CET 2010] my D-Link DUB-E100 Fast Ethernet USB 2.0 adapter, configured
via if_axe (uether) delivers an expected 20 MBit
