I don't have ARC restrictions and I use the CPU microcode. Make sure you have your Lenovo firmware updated to whatever is the latest release. Just FYI, I am not using AHCI-HD for my guest storage (only CD boot), with 13, I have swapped all guests to use NVMe no matter the underlying storage type. Is the ZFS ARC limited ?
