I have a machine that runs FreeBSD (10) as my AP, which works nicely but
unfortunately doesn't quite have the range to reach one of the rooms in my
flat. I would like to use a cheap off-the-shelf AP to extend the range, but
apparently using WDS requires all of the

Right, but has someone done it and has some instructions / horror stories?
I'm busy trying to figure out power save support and fix some 1n AP
mode traffic hangs, so I can't really also document/diagnose/debug
WDS. I'm happy to do the debug bit, but I need some help in general
there.
