TP-Link Archer AC600 T2U dongle

2021-05-27 Thread Steve Kargl
Could someone please commit the patch at the end of this email?

The patch and a discussion can be found at (see comment #20)

https://forums.freebsd.org/threads/getting-tp-link-archer-t2u-ac600-to-work.80530/#post-513348

I'm using the rtwm0 device with this patch to type and send
this email.

For completeness, this is what I see with my laptop.

% usbconfig -u 6 -a 2
ugen6.2: at usbus6, cfg=0 md=HOST \
   spd=HIGH (480Mbps) pwr=ON (500mA)

2019-08-06 Thread Steve Kargl
Sent this a few days ago to freebsd-current list.
Not repsonse. Thought I would give freebsd-wireless
a shot.

I have a Dell XPS 13 that reports the wifi chip is
a Qualcomm Atheros 6147. I've found Adrain's WIP
driver, and built it. I'm seeing the panic reported
at

https://lists.freebsd.org/pipermail/freebsd-current/2019-February/072769.html

Does anyone have a /dev/if_athp.ko and firmware?

So, how does one rate limit error messages from the kernel?

% uptime
10:08AM up 1:16, 5 users, load averages: 0.03, 0.10, 0.08
% dmesg | grep "bad series" | wc -l
 901

Note, the card appears to work in that I'm using at the moment.
