Re: ports/171251: sysutils/xfce4-battery-plugin erroneously charging from AC
The following reply was made to PR ports/171251; it has been noted by GNATS. From: J B To: bug-follo...@freebsd.org, jb.1234a...@gmail.com Cc: Subject: Re: ports/171251: sysutils/xfce4-battery-plugin erroneously charging from AC Date: Thu, 27 Sep 2012 13:12:54 +0200 Correction. Instead of Two possibilities: 1. the plugin does not charge to the max possible and does not stop charging it should be Two possibilities: 1. the ACPI module does not control charging to the max 100% correctly Note; actually it takes a few weeks for the battery plugin to show change in status from 98% (Charging from AC) to 100%, but then the same day it goes back to 98% (Charging from AC), and repeats the cycle. ___ freebsd-xfce@freebsd.org mailing list http://lists.freebsd.org/mailman/listinfo/freebsd-xfce To unsubscribe, send any mail to "freebsd-xfce-unsubscr...@freebsd.org"

Try with x11-wm/twm Secondly, Xfce provides xinitrc file (you'll find in /usr/local/etc/xdg/xfce4/). You don't need to launch `ck-launch-session', with Xfce 4.10. For `-nolisten tcp', I prefer create .xserverrc (content below): exec X :0 -nolisten tcp -- olivier ___ freebsd-xfce@freebsd.org mailing list http://lists.freebsd.org/mailman/listinfo/freebsd-xfce To unsubscribe, send any mail to "freebsd-xfce-unsubscr...@freebsd.org"
