[CFT] Update misc/xfce4-weather-plugin to 0.8.0
Hi, If someone can test update of misc/xfce4-weather-plugin (v0.8.0), I made patch [1]. On my box it coredumps, so I'm investigating why. Before to apply patch, create files/ directory. If your version of devel/glib = 2.30.x, patch is not necessary, you can safely to remove it.
