[Bug 244290] x11-wm/xfce4 does not see up arrow after reinstall

Upstream developer states the patch at https://gitlab.xfce.org/xfce/libxfce4ui/-/merge_requests/27 could fix this. I'm going to create a patch to the port incorporating it.
