Hi,
there is a problem with missing XML Parser, shown below.
The reason is that the install of package xfce4-utils-4.8.3_2 does not
pull proper dependency.
$ pkg_add -r xfce4
$ startx

I had to add it in extra step (this dependency should have been
resolved automatically):
