In first time, could you disable quicklauncher-plugin and minicmd-plugin.

Please, could you replace in /usr/local/etc/gdm/Sessions/XFce4 file this line:

startxfce4

by

startxfce4 --with-ck-launch

and post your ~/.xsession-errors
