In S2_1 (and trunk I think), the ruleset field is also not completely
updated. If the civclient is loaded with ./civ -r ancients.serv, the
ruleset chooser still always displays default.

I wrote rubbish. Fog of War setting in British Isles scenario (and
in earth 160x90 scenario) defaults to OFF, surprisingly.
I still think is should be ON.

I use the same installation for Beta SVN and trunk version of freeciv.
After playing in trunk w/ auto options saving, when I start a game in
Beta version, the default setting for fog of war is OFF. Since this

Of course I did two errors in the last patch that I caught just after
sending it. Fixed to use textyear (of course) as well.
And: I don't think there should be any rounding in game_next_year(),
