I hope TRUNK is not affected. After all, avoidance of any problems like this
was one of the main reasons we switched from our own transfer code to using
libcurl.

The release candidate of Freeciv 2.3.0 is has been released.
Unless a showstopper bug is found during the coming 7 days, this will
become the final golden version of Freeciv 2.3.0.
