Patch for S2_2 attached.
toolbar.png goes into data/themes/gui-gtk-2.0/Freeciv/gtk-2.0/Toolbar/
Made the toolbar use the generic theme buttons instead, so some now unused
sprites were removed.

What I mean is that the bar is gray while the surrounding area is
yellow-brownish. :)
