it has Windows specific (thus explaining why the warning does not appear on

Here are two (incremental) upgrades to apply to trunk.
* Upgrade 0 adds Manual items to the Help menu.
* Upgrade 1 moves the About Qt box to the manual dialog (together with adding
a Close button).
