Follow-up Comment #1, bug #14168 (project freeciv):

Your option correspond to the following server settings:

tinyisles + 1 (0,1)  Presence of 1x1 islands
temperature   + 25(0,100)Average temperature of the planet

specials  + 1000  (0,1000)   Amount of special resource squares
huts  + 500   (0,500)Amount of huts (minor tribe villages)

If you start the server and the client separately you can set the options
using 'set name value'. If I try this the error is:

1: The server appears to have gotten into an infinite loop in the allocation
of starting positions.
Maybe the number of players is too high for this map.

So the bug is more that the error is not displayed in the client ...
